NISI’S is an artisan bakery producing a range of scrummy Italian biscuits. The biscuits are 100% handmade in the UK using the very finest ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. The current range includes a variety of biscotti (twice baked and quite crunchy, biscotti are designed for dunking), and a range of macaroons (soft and chewy amaretti, limonetti, chocoletti and ginger – all naturally gluten free). NISI’S biscuits are stocked by a number of delicatessens and fine food shops across the British Isles. Our Amaretti won a triple gold award at The Great Taste Awards in 2010 and our Chocolate Chunk Biscotti won a single gold award at The Great Taste Awards in 2011. But, the big news is that we have won a triple gold for our Ginger Macaroon, a double gold for our Limonetti and a single gold for our Roasted Hazelnut Biscotti at the Great Taste Awards in 2012! We are delighted and very, very proud.
Perhaps this is the reason why we were selected to supply all of the athletes at the Olympic Games in London 2012?
